Wash and soak rajma for 4 hours.
Add salt,cloves, cinnamon stic and dry ginger powder to the rajma and boil.
Take onion, tomatoes,ginger and garlic.
Peel and chop onion,garlic and ginger. Grind them to paste.
Peel tomatoes and grind to paste.
Take a pan,add mustard oil. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds
Add onion paste.
Add tomato puree.
Add all masalas.
Mix well and add rajma,let it cook.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Take a wok,add ghee and red chilli powder,add this to the prepared Rajma.
Serve with steamed rice.
