Ingredients

  • Small rajma..1.5 cups


  • Ginger,garlic paste..1sp


  • Cloves..4 to 5


  • Cinnamon stic..1


  • Onion..1


  • Tomatoes..2


  • Salt ..2sp


  • Turmeric powder..1sp


  • Coriander powder..2 sp


  • Kashmiri red mirch powder..1 sp


  • Everest Rajma masala..1 sp


  • Chopped Coriander leaves..1 sp


  • Mustard oil..2 sp


  • Cumin seeds..1 sp


  • Asafoetida..1 pinch


  • Dry ginger powder..1 sp


  • Ghee..1 sp

Directions

  • Wash and soak rajma for 4 hours.
  • Add salt,cloves, cinnamon stic and dry ginger powder to the rajma and boil.
  • Take onion, tomatoes,ginger and garlic.
  • Peel and chop onion,garlic and ginger. Grind them to paste.
  • Peel tomatoes and grind to paste.
  • Take a pan,add mustard oil. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds
  • Add onion paste.
  • Add tomato puree.
  • Add all masalas.
  • Mix well and add rajma,let it cook.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves. Take a wok,add ghee and red chilli powder,add this to the prepared Rajma.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
